Our core business is CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Full Turnkey application. We also offer assistance/advice in design to ease manufacture and reduce costs in materials.

Time served Toolmaker to trade, Paul cut his teeth in Sales Management in 2001 as a Senior Account Manager, within a sub-contracting machining facility outside Glasgow, managing an £8m p/a account, before leaving in 2005 to form a formidable management duo with Gordon at a prominent Sub-Contract machining facility on the East coast. Part of his remit within this time was to set up and establish a low cost facility in Malaysia. Paul Joined Well Machined in March 2014.

Time served Turner to trade, Gordon joined the Management team in 1994 soon after his apprenticeship was complete. Before moving to a Large sub-contract machining facility as part of a Sales team that embarked on a journey that seen Sales rise from £5m to £20m in a five year period. He left to become Managing director of an Engineering firm on the East Coast , before joining Paul Kennedy at Well Machined in 2013.

Time served Turner/ Miller to trade, Paul quickly rose through the ranks from apprentice to Sales Engineer within a short period of time. Paul joined the sales team of a Large sub-contract machining facility and soon spearheaded that team to the phenomenal heights of a £20m plus business. Paul formed Well Machined in 2011, a lifetime ambition complete, to run his own Engineering firm.
